Today, we are launching our boldest global fundraising campaign yet: NEVER STOP PUSHING.

With a goal to raise $500,000, the campaign invites you to “Become a Citizen of Skateistan” and help fuel a movement that builds resilience, creativity, and community for children facing some of the world’s toughest challenges.

Since its beginnings in a derelict fountain in Kabul in 2008, Skateistan has grown into a global movement spanning 50+ locations across five continents. 

Through a combination of skateboarding and arts-based education, our organization creates safe, inclusive spaces with sector-leading programs, for children—particularly girls, children living with disabilities, and those out of school—to learn, play, and shape their futures.

This is a movement in resilience. 

“NEVER STOP PUSHING is a call to action for everyone who believes in the power of play to change lives,” says Oliver Percovich, Founder and Co-Executive Director of Skateistan. “For almost 20 years, we’ve seen how skateboarding can transform individuals and communities. Conflict, climate collapse, inequality—all this threatens childhoods the world over. We are pushing back, and we will never stop.”

The NEVER STOP PUSHING campaign will raise $500,000 for at-risk youth all over the world. With your support, we can help them foster resilience, creativity and community through skateboarding.
