JR Skates teaches skateboarding alongside skill building and mental health activities, with a focus on underserved communities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, including indigenous, low income and refugee youth.
They were selected for a 'continent grant' with the Pushing Against Racism fund in 2025/2026, coordinated by the Goodpush Alliance.
